My friends and I were in Burlingame for a dance conference. The staff was really nice. They let us check in early (11am!) and check out late. We were able to leave our stuff at the hotel after checking out. I also kept losing my key card and they made me as many as I needed, without judgment, which was really nice. Any ask we had they fulfilled quickly. It was a very nice experience. Shuttle from airport was good. Would recommend.

Property was clean and the staff was pretty welcoming considering we arrived so late in the evening. The room was very clean and comfortable. The accommodations were great too. And the views were pretty neat, even just of the freeway.

The free shuttle that ran late helped a lot because Lyft had ridiculous prices even at 12:30 am. Good location.

Room was good, bed was comfortable. Shuttle service was very useful and drivers friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was a nice temperature.

Breakfast and staff were great although I overheard the staff telling a customer when he wanted to pay for breakfast, that it was included with his room. When I inquired about that, I was told mine was not included with no explanation why it was not.

Extra friendly staff. I dropped my phone case with my ID and bank cards inside by the elevator. It was retrieved soon after I departed. I called and was told they has found it. When I arrived back, I was greeted as soon as I entered the lobby by a staff member who handed me my phone. She was relieved that it was in the right hands. Everything was still inside the case. THANK GOODNESS!! I appreciate the concern and friendliness! Also, the restaurant staff was very friendly and attentive.

I enjoyed that I was treated with respect and dignity. I was not treated like I was asking for to much. The reservation desk was welcoming and courteous. The room was wonderful.

Overall good. I want to stay in this hotel again. The hotel staff is friendly, and breakfast is not buffet style. free wifi & a free airport shuttle are available.
